How To Cook Nigerian Frozen Tomatoes Stew by Twinkie8(op):
It's as simple as AC. Boil the tomatoes first cuz that takes away the sour taste. Blend with fresh pepper and onion, fry in hot oil. Season, salt and enjoy. You just ate the yummiest tomatoes stew.
INGREDIENTS :
FROZEN Tomatoes
fresh pepper
onion
vegetable oil
seasoning cubes
salt
Beef stock.
