They are trying to say that because they had no confidence that govt would use its money right, they insisted that the scammers take it away.

That the budget debacle happened at all is very dissapointing but that this govt came out of it with their heads high is undisputeable. For once in our history, it's no longer money for budget allocations from the executive. That u know all what u know about the budget issue today is because ur current govt is transparent.
