Hahaha! Funny. But being a landlord is not easy fa. Some tenants are just impossible. Now they use lawyers to delay eviction. If you are a gentle landlord, you suffer. Some seriously need agbero tactics. 1 Like 1 Share |

Honestly make God help us build our own.... Imagine a Landlady we tenant buy water from and each time the Borehole has problem we will be the one to repair it too cuz she will abandon it.... After repair and a week of "free water" she's back to business as usual. Why rooms are wasting in my city with no one occupy them. PS: she doesn't pump with Generator, just wait until there's light. 4 Likes |

One of my tenants have not paid rent for six months, and his is even threatning me claiming he is a cultist. Now how do i handle his case? I may just make his life miserable if not for his children. You guys think its easy to be a landlord, some times i feel like selling off all my buildings and move on 5 Likes |

otiigba1: Record one of your conversations, get yourself a lawyer too. Don't be stingy and get a lawyer! With the recording saying he is a cultist, court can evict him. |
