Arik airline does not have regard to their customers. Infact virtaully all of them are the same.

We need more of this kind of man. The airline probably knew there 3pm flight would be delayed before taken the man's hard earned extra 3000. This is nothing short of institutionalized scam.

Various service providers and companies behave in the most unprofessional manner and take your money/to.E whilst at it leaving you feel used and foolish.

Do they want him to now go and apologise to the Arik management for exploiting the dupping him, will they refund his money and that of the numerous clients that could have suffered from their fraudulent practices? Nigeria government should come up with policies that will protects its citizens from the unjust dealing they suffer from these capitalists.

All Nigerian airlines are the same. last Sunday, My 4pm flight on Aero was delayed and merged with 6pm flight without any announcement or apology. Imagine that I had already checked in as early as 2pm!

In this country, everybody does whatever they like and there is little or no consequence to it.

I hate Arik! That was how I flew all the way from London to Nigeria to go celebrate Easter with my lovely mum last year. I got to Lagos on a Wednesday, booked my Arik flight to Enugu for Friday(good Friday), only for Arik to cancel my flight with no prior notice. I manouvred all traffic from Lekki to Ikeja, got to the Airport, and was told my flight has been cancelled till after Easter, lol. I demanded to see the Manager immediately, whom they provided. I gave the guy a piece of my mind and taught him a lil lesson for free.

Listen, it's not always about the money, which was the first thing they screamed. "We can give you a refund if you want" No! Yes you can refund, how about my feeling, Time wasted and all? Are you gonna refund that too? Customer satisfaction plays an important role within every business. Not only is it the leading indicator to measure customer loyalty, happy customers increase revenue; it is also a key point of differentiation that helps you to attract new customers in competitive business environments.

Anyway, the guy later put me on the first flight next day. But That was it with Arik, I used Dana Air for all my local trips. I was scared initially though, but who fear epp?

My biggest problem with Arik is their noisy planes. From take off to landing na so their engine go dey make noise like molue. Then their landing sef ......very rough...I sure say their tyres no dey last.

Arik should be called to order or one day they will just beat them up. Very annoying folks.

On November 2011, I was coming from aborad with my wife and two small children, of which one was 3-months old baby. My secretary bought tickets for 4 of us from Lagos to our final destination, like 10am flight, and sent me the reservation code by e-mail, which supposed to be enough. We arrived well ahead of it to the airport, around 8AM, just for the mumu at the counter telling me we are very late, the tickets were for the flight of 7am that morning. So what could I do? Quarrel did not help. We had a minimum amount of money on us, so had to beg relatives in Lagos to assist, which they did, and we boarder the next available Arik flight.

On my arrival, I discovered that the secretary did actually buy the correct tickets, for 10am flight. I also discovered that Arik was overbooking their flights around that time, so it was first-come-first-serve business, and those who come later, but NOT TOO LATE, could only s-c-r-e-w themselves.

What if there was nobody to help us out, financially? What if one of us was sick, etc etc etc... Who cares. I also discovered, at that time, from an insider in airline business, that Arik was at that point owing few months salaries to their staff, so this was a criminal intent of their management to dupe the clients/customers/passengers too.

what is wrong is wrong. he paid d modification fee and d flight was still delayed. how dare they say " no refund of modification fee".. they can as well put a gun to my head and collect my 3000, cuz its d same tin.
