Roy Hodgson has named England's 26-man provisional squad for Euro 2016, handing a first senior call-up to Marcus Rashford and a return to the international scene for Andros Townsend. Theo Walcott is the big name to miss the cut, but the likes of Jermain Defoe, Michael Carrick and Phil Jagielka will also be disappointed.
