Your situation is one I can relate with, I was also at home for 2 years after NYSC and couldnt get any meaningful job, then I had to start thinking about other forms of making money and so many business ideas started coming in.

You mustnt work in an office to earn money, look to start dealing in something you are comfortable with.

I started with buying and selling of clothes to poultry farming and it was all worth it...think outside the box, because the more time goes, it becomes more difficult to venture into somethings because of age and what people might say.

Think outside your box and comfort zone.

You don't need a girl for now. You need to be a lone ranger. My two cent.

My brother it's never easy, keep hope alive and never give up. Many have shared pathetic stories than u can imagine but they held on and never gave up during several years of hardship. Try to improve your CV, Polish it if need be and more importantly pray to God. You will smile again.

I used to fancy office/corporate jobs because of the respect accorded to those that work there, because of how well and neatly dressed they always are...Thus the reason I was doing nothing but job hunting the first two years after NYSC.

When it wasnt working out, I tried my hands in buying and selling of clothes and I realized I loved the feeling of counting money on a daily, and not having to be confined to a particular space called office, I could move about with my business whenever and wherever I wanted...

I thought long and deep about the deplorable state Nigeria is in, how so many people are unemployed and how majority of the few that are employed are over-used and under-payed, I figured I could make more money in a week than the average banker makes in a month, then my mind was made up --- business it is!

My dream and ultimate goal in life has been owning a livestock farm and that dream is in the pipeline, and it is going to be facilitated by the business I am currently into.

My advice to you is quit polishing your CV, polish your thoughts, think less of working for someone and more of working for your self...improve your self, make yourself a need in your environ, learn a trade, learn a skill, start a business and God shall bless the works of your hand.
