I went for an interview in financial service company about 2 weeks ago which i believed the interview went well. I got the interview invite through a staff who advertised on a social media platform and he also happened to be on the panel of interviewers. After the interview, i sent him an email thanking him for the interview opportunity and politely asked if i didnt do too bad. He replied saying "You did good, Congrats". The job was reposted yesterday after i sent him an email about my status. He himself advertised it again, however the vacancy requires more than one person.

Would be ok to re-apply??

Possibilities

1, They couldn't get the right person from the interviewed candidates

2, They couldn't get ENOUGh people from the interviewed.

3, They're fulfilling all righteousness as required by their internal policy to advertise

4, The first recruitment was canceled.
