the root of the problem is the Yoruba touts collecting tax forcefully, the government should address that issue.
In case you don't know, I have lost a brother in idumota as a result of the harrasment he got from a Yoruba tax collector, the Igbo community immediately charged him to court and he was jailed, but how long will this continue, these guys should find a better source of making money.
