Just like Truetalk plus. Instead of the 5 naira charge, its now 10naira but then u use the 10 naira for making calls or whatever you want.

*406# to migrate to the new Pulse that is where you get the night browsing. It is different from the ipusle.

After spending N10, not access fee. They charge u 20k/s for the 1st minute and that makes it N12, meaning U've spent your daily N10 and subsequent calls become 11k/s.
