This is probably the budget proposal before being sent to the legislature as I have seen this before..there is not Enugu Onitsha rd pr Oyo ogbomoshp rd that has appeared in the recent budget passed by the legislature..this is not comprehensive

It is the signed budget not the proposal. Check the pdf for a complete list

so if they are not there why those infographs and 'noise' about govt realising 350bn for initial injection into capital projects in which the projects I listed were there? Have you now seen the reason some people say the govt is confused?

i think its the appropriation bill, not the signed 2016 budget.

The roads, you mentioned were not listed there.

Aso Rock facebook page says that the most recent budget has been uploaded on the budget website so this is the budget.

The Enugu- Portharcourt was omitted on the first list. Looks like that is the one getting a facelift.

This is the official document from the budget office. The first one was incomplete anyway.

so I guess the road projects I earlier mentioned were some sort of after thought though monies are now released for them since they(eg this Enugu Onitsha rd) is not on the official document of the budget office

Please, is there différents between Ibadan to Ilorin and that of Oyo and Ogbomosho? Based on my understand Oyo and Ogbomosho road are already Part of Ibadan Ilorin road.
