Camon c8 can crash for Africa. As much as I love this phone. Even when I don't have any background app running, bbm especially would go off and take me back to homepage. Do I even talk about the every hour rebooting .

always check you wifi if on or off in batt3 analyze ...

did you upgrade using OTA download another OTA for Lollipop and follow the same process i hope it works

Another Method is you use SP tools to flash but you must have the original firmware

No it was done through recovery not OTA. SHOW ME PROCEDURE FOR THE FLASH TOOL

NO IT WAS NOT OTA.IT WAS DONE THROUGH FLASHING FROM RECOVERY. SHOW ME PROCESS FOR DOWNGRADE THRU THE FLASH TOOL AM USING TECNO C8
