Hello wfmcc,

I'd like to get clarifications, I applied to Workforce Port Harcourt last year, for Uyo zone, I have one year Customer Service experience, I was invited for interview in Port Harcourt, I did the interview, went for documentation and completed everything requested, that was around December last year, my guarantors were contacted as well as they informed me, but ever since I haven't heard a word from Workforce.
send this to workforce not here

I know another guy who did documentation with me, but till now he hasn't heard a word from you guys as well.

I have heard a lot from people stating how Workforce rarely give job offers after documentation but I don't wanna believe it yet. So please tell me, what's happening? Because Workforce is still advertising vacancies in the same region(South-South) and same positions(like Customer Service which I was interviewed for) when we who did documentation for such positions and same South-South region are still awaiting job offers from Workforce.

Please your reply would be helpful.

I had a similar experience in their Abuja office too.Why making applicants to go through such rigorous experience without any hope of being offered employment?

It is better to be unemployed yet than seek solace in this damned God forsaken Work Force Group.
The kind of gain the make on u seeking employment through them is so outrageous.
Imagine at the end of the day they offer u job will salary basis of 40k, 35k in this country?

Pls keep searching for a better job and i am so certainly convinced God will answer you big. Very soon not wfc...

The poster of this vacancy is Workforce itself, check their Nairaland username, so I'm not wrong by asking for clarifications from them here. And also, I have contacted them directly by email as well, no response.

Madam workforce, this is not in anyway an appropriate reason to the question asked. Just openly accept that you are unorganized. This person already had an interview with the bank, and did documentation with you too. I believe before it got to the documentation stage, you will have disqualified her if she was not capable!
One of the top staffs of one of the banks you are currently recruiting for made the same complaint recently in my presence about how unorganized you are in your recruitment processes. I believe this is not the first time you are hearing that.

Those guys are purely unorganized. But, if you are sure you have gone through the process of documentation with them, then when a post is advertised, similar to the one you have been previously interviewed for, no need to worry, just walk up to their office and there is a 90% assurance that you will get the job.

How do i know thishuh A friend of mine with similar issues did just that and he is "gainfully" employed now... Do this and come and testify grin NOT ON THE PAY THO grin grin

If this is not the best platform to respond and deal, then this is not the best platform to advertise your so called vacancies either!
