All apps on my Opsson D1 have been force closing including settings. The most common error message i get "unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped". Main reason for creating this thread is the response i got at the Opsson smart care office at Ikeja. Their(well, the front desk attendant) response for not having a fix is because Opsson D1 is no longer in circulation. Really? She implied i throw the Opsson phone away as the phone can not do anything. The System UI does not respond sometimes too. Her demeanour & lack of interest pissed me off. So whenever we have problems we just throw away our phones. Very fine thank you but i believe she does not speak for Opsson the brand. How can this get to somebody important at Opsson

I disagree with u..when my d3 refuse to turn up..I took it there,within five working days.I was able to pick it up.

Pls, can you tell me their address in ikeja, because i have been searching for their office. I mean opsson service center
