Then type MEPD, provide "Network" and "Service provider" status

It's always said 0 so I guess it's locked to Virgin? I read somewhere once it runs out of attempts it locks to original network! It's all good I'll just have to stick to Virgin thanks though

Network unlock code needed

Network: Inactive/disable
Service provider: Active
Service provider code required
