Why all Militants are declaring support for Nnamdi Kanu

With keen interest, I have watched how 4 militants groups in the south south have openly declared support for the ’embattled’ Nnamdi Kanu. Does it mean his ‘hate messages’ really awakened them or what. I just don’t get it! Was it because his full name is nnamdi innocent kanu or maybe the south south has come to realize that the east are their true brothers in their struggle for true democracy and emancipation of niger delta??
