i have been coming across online job recruitment , but the problem is that almost all organizations employing people usually state below their criteria for recruitment which includes " at list mininum of 3-4 years working experience... and i happened to be a fresh graduate. the major issue is that , straight after graduation from higher institution. I reported for Nysc. without any working experience at hand, does any one know how I can write a perfect c.v. to convince them to accept me without working experience.? and if so, how do I write a perfect one? thanks... |

One thing that makes C.Vs very interesting is Career Objective which should be specific to you and very interesting.. Secondly if you should put various skills like 1. Skilled in Computer packages (Ms office Packages) (Corel Draw) 2. Able to work without supervision 3. Ability to work as a team 4. Ability to lead and be led 5. Very Open, responsiveness, agile and alert Your referees can contain important figures like lecturers and CEOs or managers of companies Thats what I know... Other readers may know more |
