A PROPOSAL ON ACQUISITION OF
DA'WAH TRUCK
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the world. May the peace and blessings of
Allah be on the most honoured Messenger and the best of creation,Muhammed(SAW)).
Allah (SWT) says in the glorious Qur'an:
"Let there arise from you a nation inviting
to all that is good, enjoining what is right
and forbidding what is wrong,and those
will be the successful".(Q3:3104)
In the Light of the above verse, MSSN
(UNIBEN/UBTH) chapter,acknowledge the
most tasking and rewarding nature of the
work of calling to what is good and
forbidding evil, took it upon herself to
champion the cause in the university
environment.
Over the years, the society had been
incapacitated in one way or the other in
meeting her objectives especially as
regards to the economic welfare of her
members.We have had instances in the
past where our indigent members often
finds it challenging to pay their school
fees and fulfilling basic requirement as
students,consequently the society in
conjunction with the CGS has deemed it
fit to expand the Business unit (Rentals)
which is the main source of meeting the
expenses of Dawah activities within and
outside the campus and catering for her
Members welfare. The truck will assist in
conveying the rental items to customers
thereby reducing the challenges faced by
our students.
The proposed DAWAH TRUCK specification
is MITSUBISHI LANCER,34D -Model, with
a cost of N1,800,000.
There are about sixty (60) C.G.S
members in the society and they have
took it upon themselves to contribute
N8,000 each towards the achievement of
the project.
We hereby use this medium to solicit for
financial support from you in making this
project a reality inorder to propagate the
message of Al-Islam and champion the
cause of Allah in the campus and within
Benin city.
