This is very anoying..... "You have been charged 25N for 7 Days. Your DIABETES Pack will be Auto Renewed on 2016/28/05. To Unsub Send UNSUB DIABETES"....
Please, for God's sake, I never subscribed to this and N25 has been deducted for free by GLO. This is NOT the first time they are doing this. Customer care number 121 is never going through. Who do I complain to? N25 may look insignificant, but when deducted from at least 4 Million subscribers, that is free N100,000,000.00 (One Hundred Million Naira) to some stupid and "fantastically corrupt" set of service providers called GLOBACOM in Nigeria. Please, someone should help!!! Who do I complain to? If you have ever been charged in this manner, please copy and paste on your wall until the people concerned take an action. This subtle steeling must stop! #AriseAgainstCorrurptionInNigeria#

My own is mtn ,they deducted #50 for fashion and guide which I didn't subscribe for, and to worsen the situation they did not send a single tip from the fashion talk less of guide.

Most of the profits you see glo declaring are proceeds of theft from subscribers. The other day a whooping N150 was deducted from my balance that I subscribed to glo magazine which I know nothing about. I called their CC and was told it is not refundable and should text a code to a particular number to cancel the subscription. I did that and 1 week later another N150 was stolen from me again by that fraudulent network making N300. This time I went to their friendship center and asked them to refund the stolen money but all my explanations fell on deaf ears. That was how I abandoned that fantastically fraudulent network and I learnt they are getting worse and worse by the day. They go to CNN to advertise deceiving people and thriving on propaganda like that All Promises Canceled party.

This is serious. Hope NCC will get to know of this and do the needful.
