Nigerians are not lazy...... Prices respond to government actions and policies..... Besides why blame Nigerians...... Is it because they voted in PMB? No one will sell rice lower than what they bought it for..... Except he's a thief or a philanthropist. undecided undecided undecided undecided undecided

which work are they doing. collecting free money yet not investing it. just waiting for another free money
This is the most insensitive comment I have read in a while. Many of those you insult are the most hardworking. I have cleaners and porters in my office who are the first to come to the office and the last to leave yet get paid only #18,000 for all their trouble.
Now tell me what work those guys at NASS who collect billions monthly do. What work does Buhari himself do that he collects billions monthly?.

sorry to say this but who sensitivity epp?it's like saying you will give your child sugar instead of chloroquin when they have chronic malaria.giving 10ppl 18k to sweeep with broom when you can employ 1 person with a leaf blower, lawn mower, tractor etc to boos their productivity is just plain inefficint.now the chickens are coming home to roost we're all forming politically correct instead of solving the problem the root.(low productivity).and i wasn't talking about the crooked but smart senators but the civil servants who do nothing all year unless they're sharing money or food.Buhari administers the entire nation(you are probabaly unemployed or underemployed )that's why you ask such a question.(brain work is really difficult and that why most run away from it and the few who brave it get paid big moni(ask doctors and stock brokers))

I don't enter into war of words with closemind like your likes. I will rather watch nickelodeon shows than engage you.
then continue buying 18k rice and stop complaining if you're too lazy to enter farm

Truth be told, Mr President's failures in checkmating the wide gap in exchange rate of naira to dollar is killing this country. He needs to step up his game. When 18k minimum wage was introduced, prices of things in the market went slightly up but what we are experiencing now is X 2 plus increment and that is solely due to dollar exchange rate. I know that some people here are blind to these things & will still want to argue. Brainless things!

It's worse than ridiculous, it's f.ucking crazy..

The standard of living in Nigeria is so poor. Thats the palliative people need, more money, lower taxes or cheaper transport, the list is endless.

Any measure that reduces the cost of living.
