Governor Kaduna El-Rufai of Kaduna state today commissioned the Kaduna State Traffic and Environmental Law Enforcement agency.During the commissioning, 2503 KASTELEA marshals were pictured taking the oath of office.

The amount of money we spend to commission project in Nigeria is annoying
sometimes it may even be more expensive than the project being commissioned
