I'd advice you to swear an affidavit, I have a similar problem, but mine is in my LGA, jamb made a mistake when registering my LGA, so i've sworn an affidavit, and I believe it won't give me a problem...

Can I just attach my birth certificate to it?

do u guys know that someone's name was picked twice , can u imagine the rubbish , all u guys going for afsb won't be pick even if u pass all the drilling and medical test , CHeck for urself ( exam no:014610 garba abdullahi Muhammed , he was pick in both two states ( Kano 43 and Kaduna 46 with the same exam number. my fellow future cadets we are not fools , but God dey

Gudluck 2 d 1st batch guy, I have some advices for u tho....
Firstly do not put all ur mind in academy cos dey hv a history of always giving ppl hrt brks so just do ur best and leave the rest for God...
2ndly if u are successful in d medicals, put all ur efforts in cuming out successful... Even if you can't do d task, show determination so ur supervisor would believe u are up 2 d last... Appearance matters a lot. .
3rdly Wat eva u do always address ur superiors wit SIR even if na clown d cadet b, believe me u no go won buy job b4 u even get academy cos u would regret it.
4thly, Wat eva u do, b bold wen speaking. It would increase ur chances cos dey like ppl dat are bold and fearless but please no go dey shout ooo... I no send u 4 dat 1.
And lastly cum bk and share ur experiences 2 we d batch 2 candidates.... Also please try 2 find out Wat made some ppl fail in d medicals... It would be useful for us dat are in 2nd batch....

1) Pls I have an appendix scar from an operation I did 4 years ago and also a broken tooth @ the front.....will it affect me during medicals?
2)I have my waec statement of result...can I use it instead of original certificate?
