Beaming with Smiles as I woke up and headed for work, Cleared my desk and headed for an appointment with a Top school Onwer in Lagos state. We packed outside and I went inside the school. I had already rehearsed my sales pitch and how I will woo the director into signing the dotted lines. Upon getting to the school location, I was ushered to the reception where I met this young lady, I opened discussions, as part of my plans to be friendly, never knowing it was a set up from the devil.. I asked her questions about herself and was getting along well, till the devil asked me to ask her her favourite social media platform. She told me Nairaland, I was shocked. I quickly responded "I am also a member" and even told her my Moniker, all in the name of creating chemistry. Her countenance changed immediately. To cut the long story short, she reminded me how I dissed her and used harsh words on her which caused her pains. She went ahead to say that she will spoil my meeting with her mum (Director of the school). Upon all my pleading. I went inside to meet her mum, and pitched my Service to her. She responded by saying she would consult the school Admin and her daughter if the Program will be needful. I smiled and left the office. I came downstairs and met with the young girl, pleaded with her that what happens online remains online. She refused and said I must apologize publicly. I even asked for her own moniker but she refused telling me. Even though she mentioned popular names both in romanceland and politics section. So I just wana say to her that am Sorry... I won't diss anyone again and I promise to be professional. Nairalanders, help me Beg... |
