The wave of unhealthy news flying this morning is nothing to write home about.

That side of the road is like the worst part on the awka-osha expressway. Few times I have passed there, you'll see lots of NYSC corpers stuck in the mud (their orientation camp is located there @ Umunya).
Imagine leaving your home & getting ready for NySC, only to come & swim through mud. The road no be am atallz. & bad thing be say "ITS A FEDERAL ROAD" and with PMB in seat. I don't see any improvement from now till 2019.

A whole lot of Nigerians still don't know importance of their camera phones. If you happen to ply that road, for goodness sake stop n take pictures n litter the internet with it.

We should stop suffering n smiling.
We have any excellent man as work minister, litter the internet with the picture of that deadly road and see what happens.

As for me, am glad the work is resuming on the Lagos Ibadan xpressway.

point of correction ladies and gentlemen, Jonathan remains Hero because during his tenure i remember Hw many times he awarded the contracts for those project mention by greatiyk4u but our Igbo leaders who benefited more from Jonathan ceased the funds meant for those project and shared it among themselves. it was only Ekeweremadu who use little portion of share to rehabilitate roads within Enugu state alone,but all other senators in south East consumed the money meant for such project. Stop blaming Gej but our Igbo leaders.

I blame my people for lack of knowledge and understanding of leadership.All South East politicians are just after money. All of them,GEJ haa good intentions for South East but the so called politicians and their contractor friends share the money. The big Brown envelope has exchange hands and work abandon. Why cry marginalization when the so called south east leaders are just after their pockets. Let's start with them and burn down their houses one by one.

But really, it is not just Igbos....it is NIGERIANS as a whole.

Check out many abandoned projects across the country.....including in areas where the son or daughter of the soil was in high office....and they usually end up as a conduit for said child of the soil to loot....and yet...when the chap is prosecuted....people will cry...Witch hunt.

In Northern Nigeria, some two years after his death....Abacha stickers were to be seen on cars and buses....even today. The same Abacha that looted 4bn naira from Nigeria...which includes those people saying...He is the greatest.

That is the problem with Nigeria. We are our pwn worst enemy. Prosecute someone who is from our tribe...for corruption....with the added benefit...that if such prosecution is successful....we would actually have space for non-corrupt leaders.....yet we will cry witchhunt.

My prayer is that Buhari should focus on States that were truthful about their plight. Some people lied that all their roads and 2nd Niger bridge was constructed by last regime and should manage their lies till 2019.

Only two people have brain in Igboland; Obiagheli and Greatiyk4u. An average Igbos man cannot even tell himself a truth

I passed that road for six years. That road is not even supposed to bw called ROAD. It os synonymous with a bush path.

It is true the North's quest for power is much. It is true that they can be tribalistic, always favouring themselves and are selfish.

But as an igbo boy,i always ask myself?What has Goodluck Ebele Jonathan done for the south east

The East and the North has never had a rosy relationship. I agree. But what has GEJ done for us in 6 years?

i can remember d year 2009 wen a tanker carrying gas dt fell caught fire nd burned so many pple nd vehicles in d traffic due to bad road nd police check point, ThankGod our vehicle was nt dia coz we were coming down frm osha to join d traffic wen it happened nd our driver saw it nd reversed wit speed. pls FG shuld do smtin abt it, i have nt seen dis kind of federal road in all my travels to d north. dt road is an emergency case dt needs immediate attention.
