i dont know what happened to xiaomi redmi note 2, i tried reseting it this morning and it just stuck 2 booting mode .. any one with idea to what i can do resolve it

i have flashed, installed a new miui rom...it just hangs 2 that mi logo.. even if it comes up it doesnt go beyond that language selection option before it goes back to booting, i bought it on gearbest

encountered the same problem. you need to install terp recovery on the phone, then flash a custom role called resurrection remix on it

This requires sending it back to us, there's if purchased from us.

So it will be hard to send it to us, I trying to do that violates our company policy.
