scriptures was documented last approximately 2000 years ago, we should not continue to dwell in the pastor. God is more interested in what is happening now than in the past.

Sorry to burst your bubble Mr Amputee, there is no such thing as principles of healing. Anyways, healing gas no principle but it comes by faith and the only thing that has principle in that respect is faith. Principles are steps you follow, things you apply for something to work out just like in Maths but healing doesn't work that way, else it will be cheap.
