See the truth is this the West will never allow Africa develop.. . Why?? What is development?? Being able to use ur resources to achieve ur goal Now see this, Africa has 70% of the world resources, so if we make use of this what will the West use?? They will depend on us for almost everything, there companies would collapse and mass unemployment in the Europe and America So if Africa must develop, she must first flight for it the way she fought for independence, if possible become one United nation, instead of trying to disintegrate into smaller nations that are easy prey for these real theifs |

This is an ignorant thread. Debt is sn instrument for development if used appropriately. Being number 8 is not bad considering how big our GDP is. |

If you ask me this is even a good time to borrow from the Eurozone, they have negative to little interest rate. |
