Since when I have been watching "penalty shoot-out", Atletico Madrid's goalkeeper is the laziest I have ever seen when it comes to penalty.

His movement reminded me of Enyeama at the 2004 AFCON semifinal vs Tunisia. Enyeama barely dived in the penalty shoot out.
