I know there is scarcity of tomatoes, but even at that I can't eat dried tomatoes. Reason being that I perceive it is rotten, decaying and fieled with dust and micro[organisms.

Over to you guys will you eat this. See pics below

Ain't nothing wrong with it.

It was dried to prevent it from rotten away. Just put in warm water and see it swell up again.

Yes and thats what is serving us nw at home. Just soak it for few hrs, wash it well coz its very sandy nd grind it! Ur good to go mk ur stew grin

one of the best way to preserve fresh tomato. Nothing is wrong with it. Can you also eat a paste tomato? there isn't much difference
