Talking about promises, Jonathan did well. This current president is all about cheap talks and no action.
Re: 5 Jonathan’s Mistakes Buhari Has Repeated by mmsen: 8:42pm On May 30, 2016
Under Jonathan the economy grew, agricultural output grew, telecommunications grew - to say that he made promises on the economy that were unfulfilled is dishonest.

PMB is not doing too good as expected of him but I believe that he will perform better than GEJ
Re: 5 Jonathan’s Mistakes Buhari Has Repeated by Splinz(m): 8:43pm On May 30, 2016
Comparing Johnathan with Buhari is an insult on the former, for the failings of Buhari is colossal.
Re: 5 Jonathan’s Mistakes Buhari Has Repeated by iiiyyyk(m): 8:44pm On May 30, 2016
PMB has also failed in Uniting the country as one after the election. As the winner of the election, it shld have been his number one priority to bring every section of the country together with open hands.
Re: 5 Jonathan’s Mistakes Buhari Has Repeated by hansaad: 8:46pm On May 30, 2016
Buhari can't make some mistakes of Jonathan - handing over power to some one who will either put him to jail or force him to exile.

Was Jonathan a brave man?

Where are Buhari's academic qualifications till today?

If Jonathan was not a coward, if he were to be an Obasanjo, Buhari could not have contested, talk less win the 2015 presidential election.

Nigerians could not have been in this malady/suffering by now

Re: 5 Jonathan’s Mistakes Buhari Has Repeated by Nobody: 8:46pm On May 30, 2016
Am tired of this country called Nigeria. No sector of the economy seem to be working since the APC lead government has made the word "change" a cliché.

Hmm okay
Re: 5 Jonathan’s Mistakes Buhari Has Repeated by JAMANZE: 8:47pm On May 30, 2016
The APC lead government does not have anything different to offer
Re: 5 Jonathan’s Mistakes Buhari Has Repeated by Emmaoga: 8:48pm On May 30, 2016
is that all.?

did Jonathan traveled like the way BUHARI is trying traveling to discover QUARUPOCEAN island.

well GEJ didn't try at all

as for BUHARI and his co zombies.......Abacha ate Apple and died but BUHARI will leak tom tom and disappear forever

True! cool

Re: 5 Jonathan’s Mistakes Buhari Has Repeated by seyilabi(m): 8:49pm On May 30, 2016
Am not in support of the 5th mistake as u don't expect a government to diversify the economy within 365 days of which his first budget was signed in less than 30days.
Re: 5 Jonathan’s Mistakes Buhari Has Repeated by wristbangle: 8:49pm On May 30, 2016
APC and PDP are the same
Re: 5 Jonathan’s Mistakes Buhari Has Repeated by Willzkid(m): 8:50pm On May 30, 2016
The seven stages of reality-based political evolution of the APC fanatic:

1. Buhari is the messiah we need
2. Buhari may be slow, but he knows what he is doing
3. The problems of 16 years of PDP cannot be upturned overnight
4. Buhari may not be the best, but we had no choice
5. If not for Jonathan's cluelessness, who would have voted Buhari
6. Mistakes that Jonathan made that Buhari is making
7. All politicians are the same....whether APC or PDP

Africa's problem is not leadership, it is the ignorance of those who take it as a patriotic responsibility to defend cluelessness.

I prayed & many nigerians prayed for Goodluck Jonathan to succeed so the country will be good for her citizens but he failed in all ramifications.Am also praying for Buhari so that Nigeria will be one of the best countries in the world but it's too early to judge this Government. This is transition from one political party to another. Let's pray for our leaders and judge at the right time.Nigeria is ours,if its good we shall all benefit but if it goes bad we shall suffer it alone and alone

Politics is indeed a dirty game, but am not surprised cos 80% of APC members are PDP. May God save Nigeria...

1. Promises and more promises: You can't blame him for that. Nigerians are Naturally reta.rded and they feed of promises without asking how said promises would be fufilled. "i will give everyone five thousand Naira monthly". The natural thing any normal right thinking person should have asked is "how are you going to do it"? But no; hunger has clouded the minds of the Average Nigerian.

2. Coping with incompetent ministers: This is unavoidable. Nigeria and by extension, Nigerians, are inherently corrupt. Even if angel Gabriel is made a minister, he would conform to the Nigerian mentality.

3. Gallivanting when the country needs their president: Any normal right thinking president would do what Buhari is doing. Nigerians lack exposure and information. It is part of his job to travel extensively. What is the point of having a VP and ministers if he has to do everything by himself? Even Obama got the same grief when he was elected. He did exactly what Buhari is doing; he ignored everyone and continued with his job. That is what a good manager does.

4. Failing to protect Nigerians from rampaging herdsmen: He messed up on this point. A normal president would resign or be impeached by now but, this is Nigeria we are talking about. Normal things don't happen there.

5. Failure to diversify the economy: It is now you all have realized this. For half a century it was not a concern, Now that oil proceeds are dwindling, all of a sudden you have now seen the value. How the hell do you think that's possible in 12 months? Oh, just so you'd know, world leaders have passed a resolution to cut emissions by three percent and also to stop using crude oil based products in 50 years. What does that mean? It means in another half century, Nigeria will not exist as a country if you all don't get your acts together.

Blaming Buhari for a calamity that was caused by every single Nigerian's action and inaction is insanity at the very least. Buhari has not and did not fail; he is only being a Nigerian. If he has failed, then every single Nigerian has failed.cool

AFTER THE 2015 ELECTION, JONATHAN SAID THAT EVERYDAY HE WAS IN GOVERNMENT HOUSE IN THE LAST 16 YEARS WAS LIKE BEING IN A CAGE.

IN OTHER WORDS, HE NEVER INTENDED TO CONTINUE AFTER 2015.

BUT JONATHAN HANDED OVER TO SOMEONE WHO IS NOW BENT ON EITHER JAILING HIM OR SEND HIM TO EXILE. AND NIGERIANS ARE POORER TODAY FOR HIS ACTIONS.

IS THAT HOW THEY THOUGHT JONATHAN TO BE IN POLITICS?

Nigeria is way too big for the old man to handle. Sincerely, anyone that can govern Nigeria successfully must be smarter than Obama and have an IQ that's way farther than 180. What's really PMB's IQ?
Re: 5 Jonathan’s Mistakes Buhari Has Repeated by Olukat(m): 9:16pm On May 30, 2016
Maybe the OP is trying to compare an incomparable leadership.
Bubu's failure stinks from miles.
There's no point trying to put up an indirect defense for these colossal failure.

One prepared more for election than governance because the other's governance didn't prepare him for election. The problem is always the same in Nigeria. We know the solution yet we find it hard tackling the problem
Perfectly Said.

You guys just talk anyhow. An average iq is 100. Are you saying Obama is smarter than einstein? Buhari has the same IQ as that of every other Nigerian. Probably around 70.
