If you do not love the lie, i wonder why in May 2016, you still choose to hold on tightly to the falsehood of 'N2.9bn budgeted for the entire SE' even though several reports have debunked that evil rumour.

The only way to reverse an economic downturn is to spend, especially on infrastructure. As long as the government keeps its part of the agreement, there is no reason why they won't loan.
