Wale Ariztos, a Washington DC based wedding photographer who was primarily raised in Lagos, temporarily shut down the streets of New Orleans for his wife, Lola's 30th birthday party over the weekend. He had a colourful carnival procession escort her from her hotel to the venue of her birthday party.

The wife posted this after the event:

I love her dress.. So buriful.
Whilst I reckon this could be the best romantic plan by the man and the fact that his woman deserves it make me kindaf say COOLIO but I would prefer a cool simple yet truly romantic gestures... Maybe it's just me as I don't really like crowd things
