Can someone tell me the difference between "Wife of the president of the fedreal republic of Nigeria" and "first lady of the federal republic of Nigeria" based on the functions of the current wife of the president and the huge noise the president made on dissolving the so called office of the first lady? Didnt they simply change the heading on the doors to that office and also the letter headings?
