Hello all! Are there any nairalanders sitting for the Level 1 CIS Professional exams- September 2016? . Let's discuss study and revision plans. I have a question regarding the exam structure. The syllabus on the website says Section A is multiple choice Section B short answer questions and Section C essay type questions. However past questions on the website show the exam format as 100% multiple choice questions. Has the syllabus been revised? |

^^^^ Nope, I have not (yet) but I know peeps writing the exam. If you wanna make a career in securities trading and possibly, sell-side of an investment bank, write the exam. |

Zantaclaz there are lots of free resources online that you can use before you get the study pack. Search for free downloadable study materials for the CFA level 1 the syllabus is much the same as CIS and the study materials are easier to digest. There are also lectures on YouTube for each topic. |
