It is good for people that are not facing the hardship of this country to support the current economic stance of this government. I took my time to ask my loyal friends living abroad what they think about this government, 90 % of them are supporting him the rest I know did benefited directly from the past government and one was just sentimental based on his region.
Nigerians living abroad understand the concept of working hard in the cold and standing for 8 - 9 hours to earn few changes.

The idea of one man stealing wages of 100 or more people has never come across anyone's mind because we know the end result would be a jail term whoever you know.
Nigerians living abroad are the most law abiding citizens you can ever meet, and the once who come on holiday will always abide by the host laws but act like animals at home.
However, most of the people are ask what they like about this government was the fight against corruption. I travelled to the UK sometimes ago and I ask my this people go on holiday to sunny Spain and my friend said they some of them don't have to worry about mummy or daddy, cousin, sister etc because all have been provided for them.
If you don't have a job go to job centre and collect some money after showing evidence, that apart.
One thing I have learnt from this people is that, they want to come back home, they want to have everything the UK and US has in Nigeria as well. Seeing on tv how people mismanaged public funds is very annoying.

The once they hate mostly is seeing people who stole a chicken been killed or sentenced to death with someone who stole billions is giving a warm welcome. Back to the point, everybody in Nigeria need to come out and fight this corruption without any sentiment.
We are not trusted anywhere we go, we are now the face of corruption let us all be known for something really positive.

If you check out those supporting Buhari many of them are based abroad, wealthy and comfortable guys based in Nigeria, northerners and some section of Yuroba tribes who are acting vengeful towards the easterners because of GEJ past deeds. Hope Buhari repents from his bigotry and insensitivity towards those that didn't vote for him. Let's all move this country forward.

Only corruption apologists would not appreciate the foundation the Buhari government is trying to lay in terms of prudence, pragmatism, lean government, accountability and transparency.

The times may be hard, some decisions might not be the best at the time, but those who've lived, or still live in saner places know right.

You won't blame Nigerians. It is a lot harder to support Bubu when you have to deal with no power, increase in food prices and a standstill in economic activities.

It is way easier when you live in a country with 24 hours power supply, quality health care and other infrastructure in place.

Nigerians in diaspora should come back to Nigeria and support Bubu from here. Then we will know they are serious

They would be silly if there didnt. Common, they are in countries where things are working. They are currently sitting in their offices and earning salary without any fear of being sacked the next minute. They go home to light, take a good shower and put on the ac/heater. Throw cakes and tomatoes at each other. So tell me, what would be thier problem with the president. Now ask them to come stay in Nigeria for a week and see if their views wint change. Its pathetic we try to butter things up and are so desperate to defend even what we ourselves know is true. If u had a heart, then see the number of disengaged workers, rate of inflation and how the cost of living has tripled. You may blame Obasanjo, Jonathan,yaradua, ibb etc but one thing is certain Buhari was voted to fix these problem and he would be blamed for failure to do so. You may say that the 16 years of misrule and damage to the economy cant be salvaged in a year. I agree with u but a competent government would in a year stabilise the economy and stop it from.further deterioration. However in the past one year the rate at deterioration has more than doubled and that is a call for concern. Denying that is simply because you are either a tribalist or just afraid to think that once again your so much hope has been crashed. Its good to always hold out hope but it doesn't mean we cant sound an alarm when and where the government seems to be failing and trust me if you have to look to people outside your country for a commendation than its a first sign of failure
