I doubt if it's done alphabetically, else...how come no one from akwa-ibom and adamawa has received an invite, yet we have someone from Benue.

Bro there aint any mobile SMS, so nothing to prove with mobile SMS! The email message is coming directly from npf_recruitment@psc.gov.ng. All information contained there in has proofed its genuity! Look at that email domain again "@psc.gov.ng" cos it only belongs to the NPF and no one else can have it again. Goodluck and expect yours sooner!
