Hello Nairalanders, I am a bit sad this evening because my younger sister isn't happy, Airtel refused to credit my sister subscription, after re charging 1500, she has called customer service and still yet it hasn't been resolved, since yesterday she has been moody because it wasn't easy getting the money to recharge. Pls I call on lalasticala, seun and all the moderators to help me address this issue, it is quite pathetic that Airtel could act this way.

Take it up with airtel nau. Call their customer care, Blast them on twitter, Spam their whatsapp number etc.

I believe issues like this can be resolved by contacting them on twitter via @airtel_care. It never really takes time to sort out.

I can't use airtel to subscribe for a large data. Thats why i've all.

but Airtel customer care can be very clueless ehn. I usually find the solution to their network issue without their wrong advice/solution. Make them come employ me to upgrade their service.
