@OP... the answer is very straight forward... you are Theressa's daughter... which means you are a daughter to Theressa.... but if the options were not given.. you may claim to be a Guy which will simply make you to become the husband of theressa's daughter. (so, Theressa is your mother a in-law).

It seems like the usage of unnecessary words are the cause of difficulty in understanding the question. To make things clear and easily understandable, I'll break it down to pieces.

My child's mother is simply my wife (assuming we are married) or baby mama.

Teresa's daughter is my wife/baby mama (which makes Teresa my in law)

Teresa's daughter is the mother of my child.

If I'm not married to the mother of my child, then she ain't my in law, and will be someone I'll simply refer to as my daughter's grandma or my baby mama's mother

I am Theresa's son-in-law.
the answer is not there in the option. it's simple, I married Theresa's daughter and that her daughter is my daughter's mother. so Theresa's daughter is my wife simple. I am a man and not a woman.
