Good day all, I just found out dis great way of saving especially in this change ERA...
Well it's GLO again..
How does it work? Let me use the 2500 naira for 10gb plan, for example, 3 people can come together (family members, friends etc) contribute 2500, den any1 of u subscribe on his/her fone..
After subscribing, go to *777#, go to share plan, include ur friends / family members glo number .. then dats all. You all will be using same data, no extra charges, No Hotspot, anywhere, anytime.
Imagine 3 of ur friends contribute 800naira each to buy plan of 2500 for 10gb.. after sharing, mathematically you are using more than 3gb for less than 800naira..
That's wat am using currently, sharing my dad's plan (tho he is not aware) .. Enjoy.

I believe since the money was contributed, he won't do that, else he foots the bill for the next subscription.

Another question, what if the phone with the main subscription is switched off, will it affect those that shared the data?

It doesn't depend on the phone being switched on, once the number is registered with the network to share data, you can use the data whether the phone is on or not.
