There are different ways of preparing concoction rice which depends on the ingredients available to you.

if is concortion rice you want to cook, as you get all your recipe down
the first things you are going to do, add your water in the pot,sliced your onion to it and on your stove to turn to heat,if the water us now boil,now wash your rice to clean before you add it to the water that is boiling, when you add it ,now wait till water boil with the rich, when the water is now boiling with the water, now use your spoon to stir it ,so that the rice will not cumin another,you can now first add your salt to taste, follow with your pepper, tomato and groundnut oil ,the Maggi and other things you want to add in to it,now wait till water dry with the rice and serve it.

Some other time you want to prepare concoction rice, try these steps:
Parboil the rice and when it's half done, wash and put in a pot,
Add water and put on fire,
Add groundnut oil, onions, pepper, sliced tomato, seasoning, salt, smoke/dry fish or cray fish,
Stir the ingredients and taste add water if necessary.
Use can add any vegetable to it when it’s almost dried (carrots, sweet corn etc).
Bring down the pot when the rice is dried. I wouldn't mind tasting

Simple, first parboil your rice till it's half cooked or almost cooked
Then in another pot, heat up the pot, add your oil, tomato, onion, some Magi, Salt, and fry for a while. After that you add your rice and stair a little with a spoon to make sure all the sauce meets the rice.
Then add your stock(the water you used to steam your meat or fish) if you are not using stock add some water.
Then add your fish or meat and add some more spices, crayfish or salt to taste.
Then lower the heat and allow the rice cook.
Do not stir at this point
Add water as you go along. Do not over flood with water

put d pot on d stove,add ur palm oil nd slice d onion into it,allow it to steam for 1-2minz den add ur pepper nd d paste ,maggi,salt.leave for few scnds to steam tgeda.den add water according to d cups of rice u want to cook.leave it til its done.lobatan

This is more like it for me. But if I'm using palm oil,I like to use iru(locust beans) and titus fish(has dis flavor it adds to the whole thing,lol)and maybe garnish with Ugu wen ur about bringing it down

@ Udysweet, Nice. I add vegetable(Ugwu & Scent Leaf) when preparing with palm-oil.

To cook concotion rice. Put some oil in your pot, allow to heat for about a minute, add a few slice of onions, wait until its a little bit brown,add tomato paste, add dry pepper, maggi and salt , stir until a homogenous mixture is observed,then cover your pot and allow to cook for 2 minutes making sure it doesn't get burnt, add enough water, and stir again, then allow to boil , after which you then add your rice and egg, stir and cover, check intermittently to know if the rice is done or needs some water. Enjoy. If you prepare your concotion rice using this method. You will so enjoy it. Feel free to ask me any question.

I believe you meant Boiled egg or fried egg.
Boiling and frying are methods of cooking.

Some of u guys dnt knw wat concortion mean.
Concortion means 'anything can serve' so just ur crayfish, red oil, pepper and salt is allowed. If u hv onions, maggi and curry those ones are bonus...
As my brother said earlier... ' freestyle in the pot with just this ingredients' and thank me later.
