yes it has always said downloading failed whenever i tried to.

It's almost happens with operamini. All you have to do is to use the link you into downloading from on a different browser. You need to try and have both the operamini handler, operamini non-handler and the new opera that has animination to twice your download link in the operas and the new opera will be best cause it will fail to download. But the best Web browser for you to use to download is ucweb browser, you can also have Google Chrome, Mozilla.
