I noticed am always feeling dizzy and faint and lazy after snacking (like chocolate content snacks or sugary snacks). what symptoms could this be or is it normal? |

tonididdy:after i take tea or coffee in the morning i become weak and dizzy.so i always avoid eating when am going out in the morning.i think it the high amount of calories in those foods that makes you weak. |
