I want to fund my Neteller account via Visa or MasterCard debit card. But before then, I want to know if anyone has done that before. What's the exchange rate per dollar charged. The banks I intend to use is Access bank(for visa card) or GTB (for MasterCard)

Exchange may not be funny at all as for gtb,it should be around 358/$ sha.

Why not buy neteller funds instead of funding with your bank card?

GTB charged me 330/1$ for funding netteler. What do you want do with it though

You can always get it cheaper on Nairaland.
I've $26 Neteller funds available at 320/$. There are other sellers on Nairaland although you've to carefully not to fall into scammers net.
