When people commit traffic offence, you have power to fine them and even collect the money. if the person accept he is guilty. If the person believe he is not guilty he can go to court to defend his traffic offence. because you dont have a ticketing system.

there are many people who work for government who collect money on behalf of the government.

This is why I said remove the local government. so that the police can take over the secretariat and do their jobs. The people you have at the local government can not effort the law.

It is part of the job of the police to do that.

The issue is that nigeria newspaper and media are made up of illiterate who brain wash nigeria, that the police is collecting bribe. even lawyers in nigeria dont know the truth. they are judges who have sentence policemen to jail for stopping and fining traffic offence in nigeria. This is why I am written about the correct process, how they see.

You can see that even the police them self dont know it is their duty.
