The couple used Okoronkwo’s companies Sagicon, Rivbbed and Saagaris - the latter of which their four-month old love-child was named as a director of - to ‘bid’ for inflated deals to provide items to the state including china and vehicles.
The money was then channelled out of Nigeria before it was laundered through a series of off-shore trusts and companies.
Ibori was also helped to steal the cash by his wife Theresa, sister Christine Ibori-Ibie, and a series of corrupt professionals - UK London based lawyer, Bhadresh Gohil, fiduciary agent Daniel Benedict McCann and corporate financier, Lambertus De Boer.

You do not know what you are talking about. Nigeria has the climate to be a major cotton producer. It used to be once. It has raw materials for synthetic fabrics.It has the population to add value to fabrics
It has the energy to run the machines and it has a huge market internally and amongst its neighbours for fabrics and value added fabrics as well.China is transiting from a low wage economy and Nigeria has everything to step up as an African hub for clothes manufacturing if they can find the right partners with the knowhow. It will not happen overnight but with focus and discipline Nigeria can be a major fashion hub manufacturer just like India Bangladesh and Vietnam

Have you heard of Modular refineries? Niger-Delta boys refine their own Petrol but FG will always sent soldiers there instead to convert those small refineries into govt properties,govt will destroy them and before they leave,Another modular refinery is up and on and on!

I'm from kwara state and I hate this governor with passion. He is a born failure and a thief. This is another means to loot the State's wealth. I won't be surprised if the project won't see the light of the day.

Niger Delta states recieve just as much or more allocations than Lagos state already but what do they do with theirs?
