OP, please travel more, suya are also sold in broad day light. Infact some Igbo boys have also started selling suya and they sell at day and night.

Even though night sales fetch more money because sellers market their wares at strategic groving centres and we all know night groving are sometimes incomplete without some suya.

I ask myself this same question since time immemorial, yet no plausible answer. But then, when I visited Jos metropolis, I realized that that special suya made with oil on drums with mosa was sold all day long. Very delicious something.

that's not totally true as they now sell in day time. they even hawk it with wheelbarrow from street to street
