Sponsor the survey of 300Acres at Obafemi Owode Local Govt, Ogun State (Ogunbiyi and Atan Kekere Village) and get almost 300 Plots in return.

Here is the deal, there is 100 acres at Ogunbiyi village and 200 acres at Atan Kekere village. You pay 400 and 500k respectively as owo iwoko for the families. A Surveyor and another Baale will do the Survey of the lands. When they done, family gives you 70% of the land returns and the baale/surveyor gets the 30%. That is out of 300plots for 300acres you get 210 plots. You pay Agents (myself and colleagues 10% in Land 21plots and #1million). Sir in all you still make more money because a land with Survey (Red Copy lodged) is #500K per plot. Am seriously broke now if not would have done the deal.

300 plots is not 300 acres, there should be roughly 6 plots in an acre. Bad packaging can ruin business

Sir its 1 plot you get per 1 acre. We all know 6 plots make an acre. So if you sponsor an acre you get one plot. If you do 300 acres you get 300 plots in return.

Without a survey plan being done to show the size of the land, how did you arrive at the fact that there are 100 Acres in Village A and 200 Acres in Village B? For all we know, it could be 150 Acres in village A and it could be just 45 Acres in Village A.
