He's probably right. Nigerians are too free, that's half the problem. Nigerians will soon start taking chunks off that new Lagos bridge before long. But then, humans are opportunistic and will act lawlessly if there's no law keeping. Society cannot rely on good primary socialization to produce law abiding citizens, people in society require threat in order to behave themselves. |

The dullard is repeating the very same mistake his superior the baboon from Ota made when he appointed bola ige a barrister to be in charge of power and steel. Only god knows where these ex generals put their brains . It seems military men aren't just fit to rule |

One thing Buhari and his ministers don't know is, the wailers will frustrate everythIng you are doing to make Nigeria better, so, plug your ears off to the market noise and go rogue. This is the reason the Fg has to move in and annihilate the saboteurs and safeguard the energy infrastructure. Damn if you do, damn if you don't, you might as well destroy the people who want to sabotage your work, you will still be blamed anyway, so why not get blamed while achieving greatness for the nation. |

Before your shock on destruction there was No light so, don,t hide under the cover of NDA pipeline blowup. Fashola, you are exploiting/stealing from comsumers by refusing to give prepaid meter. You are a magician, so you thimk, with solution to everything, Nigerians are waiting. |

blackfase:He was wrong to generalise but to blame only him and not the "Avengers" is illogical. Those people are hell bent on destroying this country under Buhari's administration so PDP can get back their power. Are those the people (PDP) you want to rule this country again? PDP politicians will see you, your family, friends, colleagues, state, country suffer just to regain power. Don't be clouded by tribalism. |

THEN WHY DID YOU INCREASE THE TARIFFS WHEN THERE IS LITTLE OR NO ELECTRICITY? |

The people are the government, it time we stand and take responsibility By adding values to peoples life socially and morally ,charity begins at home onatisi: |

bouncesmail:if only you know the damage apc has done to the nation unity with the negative opposition politics of bitterness you will understand that it will take maybe another miracle or 10 years before this nation Nigeria can close the ethnic and tribal gap created by apc . This nation is more divided than even 1966 ,the nation is virtually tearing to pieces bits by bits. No thanks to the dumbb comments by the dullard president calling some people 5%. |

buharisbae:Your delusion is trending on per second billing... Can you do the most basic of things: use your brain so that it doesnt become a burden on your head? If you had the minutest of commonsense, you wouldn't be here disgracing yourself in a futile bid to defend the indefensible. What obfuscating nonsense! |

refreshrate:Same thing the Israelites said when Moses got them out of Egypt, "We want to go back to Egypt, life was better there than this desert". Nigerians has always been one the poorest countries in the world. Why? Because of corruption. Now, fighting this corruption, isn't gonna be a walk in the park. We need to break free from corruption if this country has to grow progressively. I'm not saying I'm happy with what's going on, with the difficulties and suffering but I believe and pray everyday God has a plan for us. The Avengers want war against corruption to stop. A logical person can only assume Avengers are being sponsored by power-thirsty politicians who don't care if their people suffer. Dude, your hating won't do anything. This is your country and you should hope that whoever is ruling it whether Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba succeeds. Buhari has 3 more years to go. A lot can happen in 3 years, let's hope and pray it's all positives. Well, if you want more destruction in the country and failure from Buhari's administration just so PDP gets back in power and continue their power trip, you're an avenger without a gun. Say no to violence, say yes to peace. |

I think it's high time we start asking APC government "How Far about Power" it is exactly a year they took over power with the promise to make light and other social amenities available for Nigerians. Fashola should resign honourably if he can not give us atleast 7000 megawatt of electricity by 29/05/2017, No Excuse of any kind will be listened to. I will beleive that Fashola and PMB have the solution at hand before making their campaign promises. |

I appreciate ur matured rebuttal. But d point here aint even about PDP or APC. Its about getting d job done and not stuffing our faces with silly excuses of subtle "it-y'alls-faults" mind games. He knew d enormity of challenges there. His ruling government controls d security apparatchik. There r quite other measures they can come up with only if they choose to dust their sleeves and put on their thinking caps. And to think dude got d moral bent to chastise Jonathan on this same issue beggars belief. And i could still rant on, abegi.... People r really suffering out ther cos of this light ish, he can honourably concede d kitchen is too hot for him, thers no shame in it, they shuld just stop taking us for granted. By d way, no tribal nothing here, im fully Yoruba. We just dont take prisoners whether d party involved belongs to our clan or not. We serve them hot ni, just d way it is. tommychow: |

blackfase:I get your frustration but I have a question. Is there anyone in this world that will find a solution to this light issue when the source of electricity is being vandalized. It's a no-brainer, sir. I am telling you no progress in this country will be made if we don't tackle the two major challenges Nigeria has now: Security and Corruption. Are Nigerians expecting magic to produce electricity? People are ranting "if APC couldn't improve electricity, they should have at least maintained it". Please, did FG sponsor Avengers to destroy pipelines to make people suffer and make their work harder? NO! The issue is national security. Fashola is one of the few politicians with a good track record, so for you all to crucify him as if he's one of dodgy ones is unfair. Let's conclude that we have differents. Good night. |
