Nigeria number one TV news channel, Channels presenter was seen holding a power bank during the Buhari's #1stYear televised show some sundays ago. This is an evidence of a failed power sector.

I don't see this as a problem. Its a matter of personal convenience.

Power banks are used all over the world even in countries with no power problems. In japan, china, thailand etc, almost everybody uses a power bank even more than Nigerians. It doesn't mean they don't have power.

I believe in channels they run generators all day long, so the woman in the picture can be able to charge her phones all day if she wants.
