Fani Kayode's 'Five weeks' Court Permission In Efcc Custudy Ends This Wednesday Twice the EFCC obtained court Orders: Two Weeks and Three Weeks Consecutively to Keep FFK, but Efcc failed in their third bid to ask the court for more days as the court defer the ruling till june 24th 2016. so the other five weeks earlier granted ends on 15th june 2016. we expect fani kayode after meeting bail condition to be out before thursday. http://nigerianpilot.com/efcc-gets-order-remand-chief-femi-fani-kayode-three-weeks/ |

Fani-Kayode Has consistently defended his action concerning the campaign fund, but Buhari'Apc see him as a threat with his brilliant vocal attacks aimed at APC. Efcc failed in their third bid to ask the court for more days to keep him as the court defer the ruling till june 24th 2016, which means Efcc has no permission to keep him beyond 15th of june pending the ruling on the 24th june. |

Neoguru3:EFCC have tried to keep him beyond five weeks but the court refuse to grant the order and adjourn the ruling to further detain him till june 24th. so FFK is free after wednesday 15th june this week when the last 3 weeks Court order to keep FFK ends. Except he did not meet bail conditions.Any further custudy of FFK in EFCC's Custody is purely illegal and will be used against MAGU and co in future. |
