Niger Delta Avengers Threatens To Attack 7 Governors, Military Bases, Police Stations
The militant group, the Niger Delta Avengers, has given seven governors in the South-East and South-South geo-political zones a 72-hour ultimatum to facilitate the release of pro-Biafran agitators held by the military and the police in their respective states or risk attack on their convoys. The group also warned the military and the police that it will attack their stations or bases should this deadline be ignored. The warning, which the group said is the last one, was contained in a statement signed by its spokesperson, Brigadier-General Mudoch Agbinibo.
